The First 75 Seasonal Sites are currently finished and we are on track to open 50 more sites for 2024. The park offers all new sites with municipal water and sewer and all new hydro. We have started our presales for our 55+ section with some exclusive Park Model homes from General Coach. We are also taking reservations for the balance of our Seasonal Sites.

We do make it our policy to meet and show people available sites and explain how the campground operates.  All new sites can accommodate both travel trailers and Park Models.

There will be age restrictions on any units coming into our park for 2022. Travel trailers will need to be no more than 10 years old as of our opening date. However exceptions will be made for older units with a pad fee deposit. Park models can be up 15 years old. New park models will only be units purchased from us.
